"Hallways had dirty carpets and in dire need of replacemant. Smelled damp. Room needed an upgrade. Old wallpaper, carpet, drapery etc. Doorways leading to outside were filthy, doors and glass were filthy with fingerprints. Would definitely not recommend or stay here again. Being under the Clarion name this hotel was a great dissapointment."

"No heat the first night. When reported, housekeeping brought a tiny space heater from the managers office. The property was clean and well maintained, and the staff was consistently courteous and attentive. "We have stayed here before and loved it so we booked again. This time we got a room on the first floor next to the ice machine. A wedding party was going on which was excessively noisy but honestly the ice machine was the bigger issue. Couldn't Believe it was across the hall from us. To top it off the TV they were having issues so only had 4 tv stations. Again nice hotel and great location so don’t look past it just make sure your not next to the ice machine or first floor."

"My AC was not working. I got to my room, and the temperature had to be at least 85 degrees. The AC unit was blowing out hot air. When I complained about the issue I was told "some people like the rooms warm. They told me they would send up someone to fix the problem and they never showed up. Fortunately, it was a cool day and I could open the window partially, and I was able to turn the AC off. Another positive was I only stayed one night. The hotel was full, so a room change was not possible."
