"The place was clean and the view is beautiful if you have a Riverview room, otherwise you would be looking at the parking lot.
The pool was closed during our stay but opened the following day. The sauna was not working and ultimately appeared broken.
The restaurant apparently only works on reservations, which was not made apparent in anyway. Instead of being honest about their bookings, restaurant hostess kept delaying the waitlist time and we eventually left after being told to wait 2...

"My stay was so great! The staff were very kind and helpful. The resort itself is so beautiful and definitely a must stay if you plan to stay in Redmond. I plan on coming back for sure!"

"I just reserved because they have pool and jacuzzi but when we go to the property that was close for maintenance, the lady at the front desk said on the web site said it’s close but is a lie because that’s the reason why I reserved this hotel also is very old hotel 😕"

"Our room was clean and quiet. It was extremely hot outside and the a/c worked great. We liked the breakfast which included several hot items. We had dinner one of the nights we were there at the El Caporal which was conveniently right at the hotel. We will stay here again."

"Not as nice as their other locations yet there doesn’t seem to be much of a price difference. Room seems to be a little rundown and outdated, a little musty. Had to switch rooms to the basement because the room was too noisey initially."
