"Room was not clean at all. The floors were sticky, the bathroom had chewed gum on the floor, used bar soap in the tub, dirt in the tub, and potential dirty towel with blood in it. The room had an odor as well.
The staff said they couldn’t help and just told us to email the manager.
Not sure if this was isolated to just my room but would not recommend booking here"

"This stay felt more like a motel than a hotel, which wasn't what I was expecting during my New England road trip.
Unfortunately, the blanket had a cigarette burn from a previous guest, and two of the three bath towels still had hair on them. That made me feel uneasy about the cleanliness of the room.
The front desk staff also seemed annoyed during check-in, which didn't make for the warmest first impression. Overall, I wasn't very happy with my stay. Thankfully, I was only there for one night."

"We only stayed one night, so we didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the hotels amenities. However, we received a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The grounds and property were beautiful, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Great location, beautiful, modern rooms with big bathrooms, comfortable beds, spacious areas for storing luggage, etc. and terrific electric black out shades. Very quiet and peaceful.
Beautiful garden in the back and easy access to parking garage and Old Port activities. Highly recommend."

"The hotel’s location is a real plus — close to the airport and about 15 minutes from downtown.
Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by management. At check-in, we were offered two complimentary drinks for myself and my partner. A few days later, we were told the offer only applied between 5:00–6:30 PM and were asked to pay instead — a restriction never mentioned at check-in or noted on the card we received.
When I raised this with the General Manager the next day, I found them...
