"If you like or need a firm mattress, this is your hotel! I thought the bed was amazing, pillows too. However, the carpet in the hallway and the walls needed some maintenance. Carpet was stained in the halls and the room walls needed to be painted for scuff marks and water stains. Bathroom and room itself were clean. The hotel does not get many reservations through Expedia and the front desk could not pull up our reservation easily. Took about 10 minutes, but all was well in the end. Good...

"Room was spacious and clean. Have living room with Nespresso coffee maker, bar fridge, electric kettle. Had a large balcony with view of ocean which was nice and the a/c was nice and cool. Had a 3rd floor room (highest) which was nice but no elevator to get up there - especially with luggage. Didn’t have the hotel breakfast so cannot comment on it. "The hotel photos are very misleading, the room is dirty, the mattress and linens were stained. The room has a smell, mold issues in bathroom. The hotel also likely has a pest issue, insecticide/bug bombs are provided in room, when we questioned the staff about this they said it’s an amenity like shampoo in case it’s needed. We left the first night and ended up paying for another hotel (received partial refund)"
