"The room was very nice. Seems to have been recently cleaned or repainted. Breakfast could have been better- plates and glasses ran out quickly and while they were trying to refresh them during service, they were only bringing out 5 or 6 at a time. Not enough to fulfill the needs of all those people. "

You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. "The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck. The restaurant...

"Nice hotel in central Manado, with friendly managemant. Had big problem because Expedia did not pay the bill. The hotel could not arrange it. I had to do a lot of correspondence and the responses from expedia came very slow. Hotel was ok, Expedis a nightmare."
