"Very kind people and nice room"

"Located very close to Powell St. BART station, Trader Joe’s is just a few step away and Target and the Metreon movie theater are one block away in the opposite direction. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are small but comfortable and safe. Keep in mind that you’ll be in the big city; the windows are double-paned but you’ll still be able to hear some street noise but not loud enough to keep you from sleeping. "We went during New Year’s Eve so check in and parking was quite busy. Couldn’t find a spot in the loading for valet. But the overall stay was affordable, clean, and very nice. The hotel is super cute and looks like the photos. "

"No complaints. Kind staff. Yes, the surrounding area can be 'lively' at night, but it's really close to public transit/BART so I was always on my way to somewhere else and not hanging out too much around the hotel. There are some good coffee spots nearby. "

"The room was spotless, and smelled clean. Courteous staff, very helpful. What stood out to me was once you got in and went to your room the layout of the hotel was beautiful. A little courtyard with a fountain type set up. The pool was so nice and clean and set up with a nice loungy area. Two palm trees swaying out front. Price was great. The only complaint i had was the bathroom was super small, but it wasn't so bad that i would take a star away. I plan on coming here for a get away and relax...
