"This is the second time we’ve stayed at this Ayres and both times it has been EXCELLENT!!! The rooms are clean and well-kept. Nothing is broken. The staff is very friendly. When you need something, they are very quick to get it to you (extra towels, blankets, etc.). The pool is warmer than you would expect of an outdoor pool. The breakfast is a good variety. We had five rooms and they quickly resolve the issue with a smile and reassured me that it was not an imposition for them to change rooms for me breakfast was wonderful and the location was great. "Excellent stay! Pros: Amenities and staff were 5 stars. Everything was clean, great breakfast options, facilities excellent. Cons: An issue we had was that housekeeping did not come to clean the room when we requested but other than that they were responsive and eventually showed up. Also, the breakfast line for the waffles was slow so it could take up to 20+ minutes. If a parent is in line and wants to make a 2.5 minute waffle each for a family of four that would be 10 minutes for that one...

"The entire stay was amazing! Clean rooms, kind staff, and the hot breakfast daily was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for anything better when going to the area. It’s also a fair distance from Big Bear Lake which is why we stayed in the area! The hotel is also a very short walk away from so many different things, shops, stores, you name it! I will definitely be returning to this hotel if I go back to this area, worth it, we felt very very safe! "
