"When we were stopped and warned by someone in the parking lot leaving the hotel as we were on our way to check in, I knew it was bad. The room we were supposed to stay in was disgusting. "The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I received messages about if our room was ok and if we needed anything. I was given a choice for what floor I wanted to be on.
