We’ve had MANY hotel stays and this was by far the best! Spacious, clean, quiet and near numerous restaurants. The staff was also kind and friendly.

This was a great hotel for visiting Chattanooga with children. The hotel was within walking distance to the aquarium and many restaurants. The indoor pool was nice and large for a hotel indoor pool. The breakfast was fine. However, there was a long line to get an omelette or waffle. The staff was hustling and doing the best they could to keep up with the demand. It was difficult to find a table to eat at because it was so crowded. All in all a great hotel and I would stay here again.

New, clean hotel 1 block from the Aquarium. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Two things to keep in mind...valet parking only at $30 per night. There is a city parking garage 1 block away for $12 so we parked there to save money. There are other hotel options at a more reasonable rate close by.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the riverfront district. The hotel is perfect and the neighborhood is wonderful. Downtown Chattanooga is clean and safe. There are families of visitors everywhere. The rooftop deck and dining area are fantastic.

The hotel is very comfortable, accommodating and has friendly staff. The interior was updated and modern. The room was a little cramped and had lots of doors that were in the way, but definitely comfortable. The only issue I had was asking for pool towels one night. The person at the front desk was snippy with me and we didn't get towels for an hour and a half. Otherwise, it was a great 3 days! The breakfast is great - so many choices and the dining room is beautiful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Embassy Suites Downtown Chattanooga We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Downtown Chattanooga and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our room was spacious, beautifully laid out, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy, and having both a couch and a desk made the room feel more like a suite than a standard hotel room. The bathroom was equally impressive—especially the shower, which was spacious, spotless, and very relaxing. The bar and gathering area downstairs was excellent and had such a welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary drink coupons were a great perk and added to the overall value of our stay. A very special shout-out goes to Shelly, the bar attendant/manager—she was absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, she truly went above and beyond. We were there to watch the Super Bowl, and everything about the experience was perfect. When we were closing our tab, my husband casually mentioned that it was our anniversary. Later that evening, we received a call from the front desk asking to confirm this. Not long after, there was a knock at our door—Shelly herself surprised us with a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that completely made our night. Moments like that are what turn a great stay into an unforgettable one. I truly hope corporate reads these reviews, because employees like Shelly are absolute gems and represent this hotel in the best possible way.
