"I booked the hotel because it was pet friendly but when I got to the property I was charged $100 pet fee!!! RiDICULOUS!!!! The room was already $194 for a sub par hotel not in a resort or vacation area. So an additional $100 was not acceptable. But at 11pm and suitcases already in hand and already checked in adding an additional $100 makes me confident in saying NEVER AGAIN"

"Access to our room was difficult. There was a paved path from the parking lot to exterior wooden steps up to the outside door. It took several tries to get the keycard reader to work. Once inside, there was another flight of stairs to get to our floor. When we got to our room, the card key did not work. "Let me start off with very clean room and very friendly staff.
Parking a plus felt safe all the time.
The room had no fancy frills, but a super comfortable bed. Nothing to complain about there.
A double plus having Stamford diner right there a walk away. Prices are pricey, but good food and convenient..

"The complimentary breakfast was a great value. The offerings included a good selection of breakfast items. The make your own waffles are really good 😋 Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and the location is perfect - close to Black Rock and Fairfield Center. It’s also close to the train station, so you can hop on the train for a day trip to the City."

"The front desk staff, was nice, but overworked. The room and bathroom were very unclean. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and dust the room. The walls, door facing, floors had not been cleaned. The carpet was filthy. The tub and shower walls were filthy. The staff was apologetic; but after scrubbing the tub and toilet to make a four-night stay bearable, I didn’t want the housekeeper in the room to do anything.
