"Staff was very nice. Rooms were nice just property could use an update. Location was great in the middle of Clearwater and St Petersburg so we got to enjoy both places. Would definitely stay at this location again."

"Two down sides to our stay. Upon arrival at 7:30PM on a Sunday, could not get anyone in the bar/restaurant and had to go to the font desk to ask for a server. Took 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower the entire stay and then could not get it to regulate. Only hot or cold water."

"This was a motel. The place is outdated and not very clean. There was a blood stain on one of our pillows. There were people standing outside for most the night & evening smoking weed. There is no smart tvs and the tv had like 10 channels. Yes this was a great deal from Expedia and close to the park, but you get what you pay for. "

"This is not a resort! It has a pool, but there is no coffee shop or decent place to eat on the premises. The bathroom is really small. There’s a window in the bedroom that faces out into the hall where light leaks in at night. There are no safes! There is no placard to say “do not disturb” but Cleaning is only once every seven days allegedly. Overhead light flickers and burns out over the desk area. No towel service. Elevator is cranky and extremely slow. Sitting areas are in garage. ...

"Rooms were maintained clean and staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast had a variety of foods which is appreciated because my daughters are picky eaters. Also, washer and dryer were fast. My girls had lots of fun in the outdoor pool. Microwave did not work in room but was given a credit for my inconvenience which was appreciated."

"One night stop for us. We were able to check in early for a $4 upgrade. Room was spacious, clean, very comfortable mattresses, and dark out shades. We did not get a chance to try the complimentary breakfast. "
