"The room was very small. The bathroom was tiny with nowhere to hang things, not even a toilet roll holder and the floor was quite dirty. However we had a lovely sea view. The staff were great and the breakfast was very good. We ate there, as there wasn’t anywhere else in the immediate vicinity to eat. The food was good. We had onsite parking."

"Keith made us very welcome- lovely room, very clean and well laid out. Excellent breakfast with of variety of fresh fruit selection, home made bread and a great cooked option. Good location for exploring Largs , easy walking distance of all of this coastal resort."

"Staff very helpful and able to deal with all questions. Good breakfast made to order and very good dinner in hotel restaurant. Free parking is available all along the street; all local amenities are easily accessible on foot. The internal fabric of the hotel is rather tired and worn, and would benefit from some refurbishment; fixtures and fittings show some - largely cosmetic - wear and tear which might be better maintained. This would make it more aesthetically attractive."
