"The rooms were wonderful! Spacious, clean, we had a balcony view overlooking the ocean. Everything you needed was at our hotel or a short walking distance. Flounders had great food! The free breakfast had a lot of options and I have never seen such a good free breakfast before! The pool area was very nice but you needed to secure your beach chairs early. Very short boardwalk to the beach. We took our own chairs but you have a chair and rental service if you wish to use that."

"The property was really nice, the pool bar was more of a pizza place that served drinks. but right by the pool.
There is a nice walkway to the beach. Not many restaurants in the area and they are very crowded in the evening. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we did not get to try that. Really nice place to stay!"

The location and the property are great, but for rooms costing over $300 per night, I expected better maintenance. The curtains were dirty and damaged, and the bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been when we arrived.
The food was good, but the waitstaff could use more support, especially around the pool area, where service was slow at times.
That said, we really enjoyed the amenities and the convenience of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there is definitely...

"Were there for a short stay but was definitely impressed. I plan to use this property for future trips to Pensacola. Pool amenities and access to the beach were awesome. Staff was very helpful."
