"The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. "We liked the location. The pool area was nice but needed maintained throughout the day. Garbage cans were overflowing by afternoon, the trash around and under the abandoned chairs was gross. Staff needed to be walking around all day cleaning up. There were even used straws floating in the pools. The beach assess was great and appreciated the chair & umbrella rentals. The hotel room was clean and the restaurants were good."

"The pool was nice. The access to the beach was great. Rooms have little or no soundproofing and it’s very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Between people talking and yelling in the hallways, using the ice machine at all hours, and the kids next to us yelling and bouncing around at 5 am. Never stayed anywhere that you could literally hear everything around you like that. Everything on the resort was really expensive including the fees. It has a great location being right next to the boardwalk."
