"The rooms were pretty clean, but the entrance/hallway had a distinct odor. We forgot some beach towels in closet and the manager called to let us know. On our way back we said we could stop by for them. I called before heading that way and was told they should have the towels. This was not the case they tried to give us a different bag with someone else's things and at the end they didn't even have my towels."

"We had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was well stocked. We also used the laundry room, which was clean and convenient. It has two washers and two dryers, and it worked well for our needs. The only downside was the room key cards. It often took several tries to unlock both the guest room door and the laundry room door. We noticed other guests experiencing the same issue....
