"The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, however, the room was unclean and appeared as if it was cleaned in a rush. There were remnants of food on the carpet, an uncleaned toilet bowl, and the shower had particulate matter floating up from it when water was turned on."

"I saw bedbugs or ticks in my room, making my stay very uncomfortable. The staff is incredibly nice. The maid cleaned my room and freshened everything after only one night. The building has definitely seen better days. It is probably time to knock it down and start from scratch unfortunately. Especially while you have such great staff to maintain it."

"The main floor bathroom had no soap dispenser each person used a single bar of soap.(so gross) they did replace the dispenser on the second day after reporting the issue. At least people
We’re washing hands! However the paper towels were out during the whole four day visit. They provided tissues! Horrible to dry hand with!
No waffle mix for breakfast. Hard boiled eggs were rubbery and the sausage was cold on the first morning.
We were there four days and no room service at all, had to take...

"The room was small and TV didn't work properly. The only place to eat was the sports bar ( expensive and noy that great ) $ 189.00 compared to $120.00 at Hampton Inn and much nicer room."
