"The pool area bar wasn't open Friday afternoon when a lot of customers were enjoying the sun. it seemed unusual for that to have occurred. the valet parking was slow on occasions. I was promised to have my bill adjusted and it didn't occurred as promised."

"I only received housekeeping services once and called down to the front desk to get new towels and garbages emptied but only received towels and garbages were overflowing. Gym was great. Breakfast was great. Beds were very hard"

"While most of the staff were good and welcoming, I found the lady at the bar and most aloof, almost to the point of condescending. However, the biggest turn-off was the transport security who hang around in the hotel lobby. They were loud and extremely rude and had called us back to pay the bill even when the hotel staff themselves had nothing to say. And to top it off - absolutely no apologies for not minding his own business, neither for being rude. He was so full of arrogance, that I found it...

"Staff was amazing, hotel was clean, free breakfast had good variety and flavor."
