"Amazing, specially prepared gourmet breakfasts by the host. Very fun to sit at breakfast table with other guests. The breakfast is served at 9 am so you can't just grab it and go if you're there for sightseeing. But the food is wonderful! Interesting history behind the house which the host shares. "I haven't stopped talking about this place and Bill and Karen, the most amazing hosts and people I've met, since we left. Every part of the Robin's Nest, inside and out, was so beautifully detailed and so well taken care of. I absolutely LOVE the room we chose (the carousel), with the sunroof that opens and let my husband and I listen to the rain all night 🥰, SO romantic and just what we needed. The oversized bathtub was an amazing! Giving their breakfast and kindness 5 stars isn't enough...

My only critique: my partner and I are both 6 feet tall and we unfortunately booked a room at the top with a downward sloping ceiling at multiple places. "It’s a very nice and cozy house in a quiet location. We saw deer walking around everyday. The owner replies message every quickly. No gap in communication. Everything is new, clean and well prepared. The house is decorated with all Christmas elements, even prepared a box for kids to make their own Christmas tree decorations. It’s about 40min driving distance to Dodge Ridge Ski resort. 15min to Twain Harte Grocery Market. Overall highly recommended."
