"This hotel provided us a room with a non-working refrigerator, which they knew ahead of time prior to check-in. We brought this to the staff’s attention, to which they did not discount our room, nor did they accommodate us by providing another room, free of charge. "This hotel is a family operated. They are very helpful, nice, friendly and accommodating…. When I checked in, I didn’t have the right euro change for local tax, no problem …I asked for late check out and they were very accommodating. Also, the price was really incredible and it’s right next to the old city attractions. I highly recommend it!"

"This place has the luxury of a boutique hotel with the ambiance of albanian hospitality.
