"Staff was really nice!"

"When we went to check in they said they had some water leaks in some rooms so they did not have a room for us, the girl said she hadn't had time to call everyone yet. Terrible! All other hotels in the area were booked due to a convention. Had to scramble to find a room at another hotel, would have been nice if she would have offered to do that for us. Terrible customer service"

"Clean and comfortable rooms, no complaints"

"ROOM WAS CLEAN BAR WAS"

"A fairly old property, not the nicest but has a much better than average (or expected) INCLUDED continental breakfast with waffle maker, sausage, eggs, juice etc. The price and breakfast more than make up for the hotel itself imo."

I immediately felt stuck with my decision at that point, and had major regrets. Room was fair. Loud AC unit, screen door stuck to open, toilet was not commercial grade. Had to flush at least 2x to get "everything" down. Bathroom door was a used hollow core for with the dead bolt removed and welded where a lock once was....
