"We were a bit concerned with the hotel near the train tracks but it was actually quieter than some along main streets. The hotel provides ear plugs in each room although we never needed them.
Location is convenient to downtown and riverfront park.

"Properly was spotless, nice breakfast, clean pool and gym area. In our room tho, the heater did not work. They offered a space heater and we requested a different room. It all worked out tho nicely

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was nice and quaint. The staff were attentive and welcoming. We loved the restaurant that was o the bottom floor of the hotel called the Gilded Unicorn. The food was amazing, we had dinner there three nights in a row. "

"1 Star – Predatory Fees, Religious Discrimination, Zero Accountability
Hotel Ruby in Spokane charged me a $22 "entertainment fee" , a thinly veiled alcohol charge from their bar, without disclosing it anywhere in my reservation. When I checked in and explicitly told the front desk agent that I do not drink alcohol for religious reasons and would not accept the charge, he looked me in the eye and told me it was policy. End of discussion.
That's not policy. That's forcing a charge on a guest for...
