"Property very well maintained, everything you would need for an extended stay, we stayed one night for a show at Tanglewood(20” away) The rooms have microwave, fridge, dishes, dishwasher,etc. everything you would need to eat in. Also pool, hot tub, exercise and movies at night in a great room. Helpful staff, great price for a great room( separate dining area, living area, bedroom and huge bathroom!!!!!) extra clean woukd def go back"

"The inn is historic with a grand feel. The room was large and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Nice hot shower. Clean room. Food and service were great. The staff were professional and personable and made sure that you were happy with your stay. Would definitely return to this inn."

"Property is adequate, though rundown. The building is undergoing renovations, and hopefully, a better hotel will emerge. The suite was clean with nice views of the surrounding area, but the living room area was dated, and the kitchen was undersized. We did not utilize the pool or the restaurant. Overall, I would rank the hotel as good, but be aware that construction is ongoing. Location is very good, within walking distance to several restaurants and stores."

"The hotel is easy to find. It is clean, neat, and tidy. We checked in early - great! My one concern is the 800 grit sandpaper for toilet paper. Motel 6 uses better toilet paper. Unfortunately, the bean counters won. They have a great price on toilet paper, and the property suffers as a result. Everyone and everything was great. The toilet paper was from the 1950's - honest. Sorry to have to report this. Hopefully, this will get someon's attention."

"We arrived early and they allowed my SIL to use the bar (which was not open) as her office for a few hours. Rooms were nice, welcome drink a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and they allowed us to eat early to accommodate our schedule. Would definitely return."

"We stayed here for one night to break up a long drive, and overall it was a decent experience. The property itself is beautiful, with lots of plants and gardens, and it looks like the host is continually improving and adding to the space. The room was clean and comfortable once we got settled. "I had not visited the Ponds for 30 years. It has not gracefully aged. Condo unit has not been updated since it was built in the early 70s and it shows. Drafty and slightly damaged doors, slow drains in the bathrooms, furniture and rugs that show damage and age, and a clubhouse in need of updating. Front desk staff not very friendly or useful, odd because they don’t have a lot of foot traffic this time of the season. There are other similar facilities in the area that might be worth exploring...
