"Was very disappointed that I had to come to the front desk every night and ask for my door key to be activated. Also was very upset that we were made aware of the pool being closed down. Was extremely upsetting to walk by the front desk from the 4th floor in all our swimwear and nobody say anything."

"When we checked in there was no one at the desk which required us to wait for several minutes. The bed frame had a piece of it sticking out the side on which my wife cut her leg. The breakfast wasn’t bad, however all they had to drink was coffee or hot tea. They had cereal which meant there had to be milk somewhere. It took a trip to the front desk to ask about it. The desk attendant went to get someone from the kitchen staff who finally brought out a few cartons of milk.
The hotel wasn’t bad...
