"Good location and spacious property that allows dogs. Only downside is the room could have been better cleaned and the floors especially bathroom area where theres still dirt/stain on tiles and in-between tiles(grout) which would need to get steam cleaned. Overall I would consider coming back if rooms are well cleaned."

"The Hotel near the lake is fairly quiet. Great blinds, curtains, large bathtub in my upstairs room. WiFi didn’t work in my room, it was a slight inconvenience for me, I guess that it’s down, not strong enough or something. The room is spacious. I was very comfortable. View of the lake was nice. There was construction during my stay but it was bearable. I highly recommend booking direct and save lots!"

"My family and I stayed here 3 nights . Judy at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful! The amenities at this place are awesome ! Family friendly and so much to do ! "Our 2nd time staying here and won't be the last. Very affordable right in the middle of town on Big Bear Blvd. Walking distance to most restaurants. Staff is EXCELLENT and very friendly. Facilities and rooms are clean and comfortable. I would like a slightly larger tv in the bedroom but that's not a deal breaker for us."
