"Staff were very nice and helpful. The location is A+ and can’t be beat. The room was dated and quite dirty with cobwebs in the vaulted ceiling and the ceiling fan was covered in a years worth of dust, we spoke with staff and they cleaned it right away. The pool in the picture looks very inviting but in reality it is right on top of the lobby and small with zero sun light. Overall the property is in a great neighbor very close to all that Hoi An has to offer. "

"We booked six nights in February 2026, and after reading some of the negative reviews we were considering cancelling the booking. We are really pleased we didn't cancel. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast didn't have lots of choice, but was adequate. We never found a problem to get seated, and it was a pleasant environment overlooking the pool. "This is a clean and affordable place that offers great value for money. However, it is not within walking distance from Hoi An's Old Town, so transportation by car is necessary. It seems they offer free shuttle service to Hoi A twice a day but it was not available when we stayed there. It seems they run a free shuttle bus to/from Hoi An twice a day, but we couldn't use the service on the day we stayed due to maintenance. "
