"I was honestly disappointed with my stay at River Suites Hoi An. The hotel looked much better in the photos than it felt in person. My first room had an unpleasant smell and the overall atmosphere felt dark and uncomfortable, almost like being in an attic. L’établissement est très propre, avec un personnel très accueillant qui préparent les boissons et les petits plats sur demande. Nous avons loué un scooter directement à l’hôtel ce qui était très pratique pour se balader autour. Nous avons adoré la localisation de l’hôtel car c’était calme, apaisant et très beau et nous étions à quelques minutes du Old Town."

"The hotel is well situated close to nightlife, night market and a short walk into the heart of Hoi An. The staff were excellent although quite pushy in selling tours from the moment you arrive, the room appeared poorly maintained and a little grubby, power outlets not working or unable to use travel adapters.
