"This hotel is extremely dirty. The wallpaper in the hallway is peeling. Floor tiles are cracked. The elevator floor is broken and dirty. Our room smelled. The hallway smelled. The carpeting is filthy. There was a big red stain on the carpet next to the bed. The lobby wasn’t vacuumed. The front entrance was filthy. It was a disgusting place to stay."

"Disappointing experience at this Hilton. I stayed at this hotel along with other family members for a family event. Airconditioning was not working anywhere other than hallways (including bedrooms and lobby). I was sharing a room with my 2 daughters. Room was never cleaned, despite housekeeping being in the hallway when we left at 10am. I agreed to have them send an engineer to the room and they also said they would deliver a fan. "They forgot to clean our room the second night we were there so we had dirty towels in our room all day garbage, and had to go to the desk to get stuff for the next day cause we were checking out. The front desk, staff apologize, but we were not compensated at all."

"The room was ready, clean and comfortable. Rather large. Air conditioning in room did not seem to work. Got s little warm overnight. Elevators had outages which led to some small waits. Casino was fun. All employees (check in, cleaning staff, casino staff and bistro) were friendly and helpful."
