"This property is ok, but it really needs some TLC. Our room had a list of issues. Some is bad maintenance and some is shoddy maintenance. I thought Embassy Suites was a nicer hotel but after dealing with our room, I would say it is definitely not. The staff were terrific from check in to the chef at breakfast. But, clean ALL the things like the chandelier in the lobby and fix the wonky elevators. Inspect every room for issues that need addressing. "

"Estuvimos en el Piso 1o del lado de la carretera, habitación grande pero oscura y algo de ruido. El desayuno bueno, la chica del restaurante amable, al igual que la señora de limpieza. La chica de recepción poco flexible con el ingreso al cuarto 1 hora antes, aunque el cuarto estaba listo. La alberca interna pequeña y un poco descuidada. Las fotos no son tan reales de los espacios comunes. Estacionamiento gratis y bueno. Buena ubicación y precio."

"The Inn at Europa is absolutely lovely. I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed staying up on the hill, it was beautiful and peaceful and so close to everything. The location was fantastic and I would not have changed it. I appreciate the comfort of the room, the bed was so comfy and inviting, the fountain in the courtyard provided additional ambiance. The staff were all accommodating and friendly, wonderful service. I will absolutely stay here again. I loved being so close to the restaurants...

"It was cute. There were 4 bath towels. Silverware, washer and dryer. Might have been bed bugs, we found little bugs dead on the floor behind the bed. Little hairs in the sheets and in the shower walls so not the cleanest. It was difficult to pull in the driveway because the medal gate chain was broken and the gate was not able to open all the way. Neighbors upstairs were walking around all night! But super gorgeous!!"
