"I could see it wasn't going to be The Ritz from other reviews but I was still shocked at how bad it really is. I guess its a step up fro sleeping on the street. If you don't require: comfort, hot water, shampoo, shower gel, cleanliness, proper towels, a toilet that is dry after a (cold) shower, polite host, other guest, a normal bed and pillow then this might just suit you. The only positive it has is that the nearby 'Food and drink' restaurant is fairly good. Do your self a favour and avoid...

"Really great budget hotel! No frills, but safe, clean, quiet, comfortable room with efficient AC. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic in terms of when you arrive and depart from Sukhothai via bus - it’s right next to the bus station! About 15 min ride to Historical Park / Old Sukhothai, so keep this in mind in terms of transport costs. Couple good cheap food stalls right nearby, same with snacks/drinks/sundries. Not much going on in the immediate area, so perfect if you...
