"The rooms were excellent. The best thing that I liked about the place are the service from people. Super friendly and courteous, there is never an answer of “no” or “can’t be done “. While I don’t remember everyone who helped us out, few names that I remember are, Ajeesh at check-in, Vijay at the restaurant, Prabhakar at th the reception are all excellent. "Overall, hotel amenities, service and location was good. Only one downfall, restaurant manager/supervisor who was in charge on 9Sep night (cant recall his name) passed an offensive and unacceptable remark on my way of eating thosai without realising that i’m a tamilian. I think he should just mind his own business and refrain from passing remark while customer having their meals. "
