"Had to go to front desk to figure out how to turn on the shower. They had a laminated placard with a diagram which tells me they get the question all the time and begs the question, why not have the diagram in the room?"

"We have stayed here several times. Over time the maintenance of the place seems to have gone down hill. On this past stay, the refrigerator in our suite was very loud. When running the hot water out of the faucet in the restroom the faucet made a screeching noise and the water tasted so bad we could not use it to brush our teeth. We made the best of it as we were just there for a quick overnight. At breakfast the waffle iron was either not working or they were out of mix, not sure which. The chairs in the dining area were stained and sticky with maple syrup. More attention to detail seems to be needed. One positive note - he beds are very comfortable and that is what is most important to us. We are in the area often, but may look elsewhere before booking again."

"So went we got there it was the last room available and that’s ok, they told us there were no elevator cuz it was out of service, ok but they give us the four floor, I was with my 2 kids my stroller and my bags, we asking why? And she said idk it just out of order. ( next morning we saw the cleaning cure using the elevator). We got to the room the door was stuck, the television wasn’t working, the WiFi was down, we literally could watch nothing on the tv. When I call to ask what was happening with the WiFi she said idk, I think they working on the line” but with a rude attitude. We only have 2 towels. It was hard the going up to the stairs but it was a good time with my family. Even of everything my kids did like the pool. I think that was the only good thing about it."
