"This hotel has the potential to be really nice, they just need to have better maintenance at the property in a little bit better housekeeping. Our bathtub was clogged and we were in ankle deep water for each shower housekeeping did a refresh on our room and did the bare minimum and did not replace any towels. We had to seek the front desk for fresh towels if they could just fix these things, it would be a nice property."

"The staff is super friendly and helpful.
They’re still working on the property. The rooms are renovated. It’s not five star, but it was a great space to stay in while visiting from Los Angeles. I love the location Hyde Park/Lakeshore Drive and Lake views.
The pool is not renovated yet. It was empty and peeling.
I had several problems in their room. The first night the television didn’t work. They offered me another room, but I wanted to stay where I was because my friends were in the room above...

"This was not a good stay at all. Started out with hair all over bathroom floor. Called front desk and they said they would send someone right up-no one ever came up. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work the whole 5 days we stayed there. The washer and dryer were broken. We were there for softball tournament and needed it, so ended up going to laundromat.
