Unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel, noone was at the desk - and after I walked around and came back, the young lady appeared and said she saw me she was waiting on me to come back around before she came to the desk ( truly didn’t give me a good feeling), so I checked in she pointed out the restaurant, and that was the end of my introduction.
When I got to the room, it was clean however, the towels appeared to be dingy, and the refrigerator had rust in it so needless to say, I would not dare to put any food in it.
There is no microwave in the room and I just presumed that there was not one available however I saw someone from the staff using a microwave in the hall across from the elevator and I commented on it and she mentioned that there’s one on every floor in this cabinet in the hall. I’m not sure how I was supposed to know that.
A minor point here :
There is a clock in the room that had the wrong time the entire time I was there. Confusing since it reflected eastern standard time which is the time zone that I live in instead of central standard time ( where the hotel was) so it led to a little bit of confusion.
There appeared to be a snack bar, but there was nothing they gave me any indication as to what my access should or should not be to that area.
Lastly, when I checked out, there was no inquiry as to how I enjoyed my stay and nothing about we hope you come back so I probably won’t!
This is not what I expected from this chain!
