"The was no communication between the front desk and housekeeping. We were initially given a room that wasn't cleaned. Once we were given another room, housekeeping was not notified. We were awoken the next morning by pounding on our door along with someone trying to get in. It was a male housekeeper. As a single woman, I was honestly scared at the time. Upon relating the situation with management, NOTHING was done or offered for service recovery. I will never go back."

"Clean room, good coffee but we didn’t like having to stand in line for it. Breakfast was good. Nice lemon water in the lobby. Convenient to river st and restaurants and shops. Got to store the luggage early arrival. Used the garage next door since we were not going to use the car while there. Rooftop pool was nice however my friend got a rash from the chlorine. I was fine. Seemed clean, we didn’t have any staff encounters other than check-in which was fine."

"The Kingston in Garden City is adequate for the price. The room was clean but smelled a little musty. The AC worked well, and the TV worked decently. But the neighborhood the hotel is in is shady and not close to anything. The shuttle that goes from the hotel to downtown Savannah does not run on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
