"We were not too impressed with the room. The toilet seat cover was broken off and we could hear people talking in the hallway late at night. The parking lot was ok but not excellent for being charged a parking fee. The lobby looked nice and clean. "

"Staff was very friendly, professional and nice. I stayed for four nights and trash surrounding the entrance door from the back parking lot was never picked up. Take out containers, cups, etc. terrible look "

"Clean and modern with super friendly staff. However do not stay on east side of building if you value your sleep. First morning an alleyway alarm kept going off at random intervals between 5 and 8am. Other days backup alarms on delivery trucks as early as 6. Day 5 there was very loud live music that didn’t stop til 2:30am. Not the hotel’s fault - rooms are not very soundproof at least on that side of building because it faces another building across a narrow alley."
