"We stayed in a cabin. Furniture is old and dated and there was a strong musty smell, probably from the old carpet. Pros: room was large; bed was comfortable. We were charged a $22 daily amenities fee - for what amenities? There aren’t any. Location was good - right next to the lake but no views from the cabin."

"Great hotel! We wanted an upscale boutique stay along I-5 in Northern California and the Mossbrae was a jackpot. Cute little town with restaurants, a microbrewery, and if you are lucky (like we were), live music. Its a beautiful spot and is 15 degrees cooler than Redding or Medford OR"

"I booked this bed and breakfast the night before the check in date. I arrived at 930pm to find I should have received an access code via email in order to access the property and check in to my room. I did not receive an email with the access code and there was no staff on site. So, at 10pm I had to find other accommodations.
I messaged the staff thru the Expedia app and left a voicemail. I’ve still not received a reply or a refund notice for the room night."
