"The alarm clock in the room went off at 2am even though I never touched it. I tried to reset it but could not so I unplugged it. I think it’s broken. Since everyone has an alarm clock on their phone the old one on the night stand should just be removed.
You could not get cool water at either the sink or bath tub so the problem is not at the faucet. When the faucet was all the way to cold the water was still well over 100 degrees so there is hot water mixing in somehow to the whole building....
