"It's an older property. Could use updating. Room could use a deep cleaning. Finger prints seen on all dark surfaces. Drip marks running down back of bathroom door. Room doors slam shut very loudly. I was woken at 2 am by someone's door repeatedly slamming. The parking lot is tight and unorganized. I don't understand why they charge 10.00 to park there."

"The property was clean and close to Disney. The breakfast was great to have every morning. Our room seemed to have an issue with the air conditioning it had trouble staying cool through the night. It was much colder in our extended family room on the floor below us. There was also a light that was not part of the building that would light up the room until 2am even with the blinds closed. Other than that it was fine"

"At the time of check out this lady was so rude. She has no smile on her face she was standing at front desk as someone force her to stand there. No thank you nothing. No slippers no bath robes . They said they gave balcony room but has no balcony. During check in there were some hair in toilet. There were few stains on blanket."
