"Although I had prepaid for the room including taxes, I was asked to pay for taxes upon checkin. I told the front desk that I had already paid the taxes. They then requested a tax document from me. I provided a 2023 W-2 form which I believe is something very private and has NOTHING to do with sales tax. "
