"The elevators didn't work the 3 days we were at the hotel. We originally were placed in a room on the first floor but it was so dirty and smelly. "Our stay was excellent. I even accidentally left my jacket hanging in the closet in our room. I didn't realize it until hours after check out. I called and the staff was on it! Luckily we were still in the area. The front desk lady located my jacket and had it waiting for me at the front desk when I arrived. Which I was very grateful for since it was pretty cold that day, especially for Hurricane! The hotel was very clean and well taken care of which I really appreciate!"

"All in all, we had a very pleasant stay. However, the wooden bed frame was protruding, and it caused bruises for everyone. One person was even injured badly enough to require a visit to the hospital due to bleeding and pain.
