"The Holiday Inn is convenient because it's in the airport, but the hotels in Aerocity are more convenient. It's a major hassle getting to the hotel. My papers were checked 9 times going into the hotel and 13 times on my way to the boarding gate. Apparently they think that checking guy #12 will spot something that the previous 11 missed, The staff were vert helpful The assistant manager walked me to the check in counter and was able to get me into the business class line. "Airport shuttle and breakfast was on time. Not many options for breakfast for non asian community. Room very dusty. Electrical appliances clinging to wall as though if you touch it will fall. Bedsheets stained. Bath towel provided when you touch appears to be a rug very rough and cannot be called as a white towel. Bathroom mirrors, faucets had soap scums. Hard water salt stains all over place."
