"We had such an amazing 2 night stay at the Jungle rafts. In such an idyllic location on the river kwai which was so picturesque. Was easy to find using a grab from Bangkok then the boat from the pier. We loved feeding the elephant early in the morning. Food provided for breakfast and dinner was delicious authentic thai food and there was plenty. We had a thai sim and there is signal and 5G but also wifi in the breakfast area if needed. We did a boat tour to the cave and Sai Yok waterfalls, which...

Finally, decided to leave as it presented unsafe issue under 35 degree in temperature. Finally, a guy came in around 7:30pm with an emergency light and we gave the key back but could not get THB500 deposit back as the office was locked. On the following day, we contacted the hotel again and again while hotel.com also tried to contact them but without luck....

"we stay for 1 night in a raft room. great to wake up too nature until the long tail boats start ferrying the tour groups to the hotspring centre. the breakfast was nice. staff were in my opinion a little lazy. I had to ring reception from the bar to ask them to find the pool staff to turn on the pool water features...because the hotel bar staff really weren't concerned. Thailand is losing its friendliness. I'll only choose a cheap room next time if I return. thanks"

"As we wanted to stay in the country side and near the hot spring there was no much choices around. Pictures of the place looked nice so we go for it.... We have paid 6,000 Baht ~ 180US$ for "family house" that have 2 bedrooms. The place is in "nowhere" and have no view to the area. Located inside the family owner fruit "farm". When we called to make booking they say they have no place and the only choice is the expensive family unit. Upon arrival - we are the ONLY guests and the cheap...
