"Staff was super nice, and very attentive. Our checked in was past midnight. when we arrived the receptionist had checked us in already. As we were walking to our room the halls looked dirty. The room was nice, comfortable bed, although the ac kept rumbling all night. Nice location very close to the Derby Museum Starbucks, and the Kentucky university, Our main place of travel was the Mammoth Cave which was One hr. Overall nice place to stay plenty of parking to choose from."

"Not clean. Rundown. Doors were not secure. Ac didn’t not cool."

"Good location. Clean"

"The shower had rusty mold in it. There was a dirty hand print on the wall above the toilet. We book our stay for the pool but it was closed the entire stay for a chemical imbalance. We left the night before our checkout because we had already done what we came to do and the pool was closed. The staff was outstanding(Bill,Fransesco*(front desk), and Stephen(bartender) but I couldn’t select 5 stars bc this app wouldn’t let me scroll over."

"Overall did well"

"Room was very nice but for some reason the bar was closed the night we were there . We wanted to get something to eat . Also electric was not working in the bathroom area . The hotel layout was a bit odd but fine."

"Conveniently located to many venues, restaurants and stores. Staff was very helpful and professional. Affordable compared to other places in the area. The room we stay in (219) could use some high and low cleaning and the shower head/water pressure was terrible."
