"โรงแรมอยู่บนเนิน เดินขึ้นเนินไม่ไกลแต่ชันเอาเรื่อง คนขาไม่แข็งแรงไม่แนะนำ สภาพเก่ากว่าในรูปเยอะ ลักษณะเป็นห้องแถว แอร์ไม่เย็น จ่ายราคาดีลพิเศษ ยังไม่คุ้มเลย แถม walk-in ได้ราคาถูกกว่าดีลพิเศษอีก ยังได้อาหารเช้าด้วย แม่สายร้านอาหารหายากมาก ตอนเย็นมีร้านข้างทางพอได้ หรือไม่ต้องกินจากตัวเมืองหรือร้านระหว่างทางมาให้เรียบร้อย หรือ 7-11 มี 2 ร้าน ไปเมื่อ ธค. 61"

"The room was clean and well appointed, nice shower and bed, so no complaints there. We had hoped that the balcony would be a place to sit and relax in the morning, but the small chair and table barely fit in the narrow space and the balcony wall too high to see over when seated. The “Mountain View” is literally a view to the top of one mountain, otherwise you look over grass to a few banana trees blocking the view. The front desk closes at 8 and they are the ones that give out WiFi codes,...

"While this is very good value for money and the staff are wonderful, there was no escort to the room or assistance with luggage. The bathroom needed attention to the area around the tub and large ants came out in numbers from gaps in the shower tiles. When staying at country hotels and inns in Thailand, guests should understand that insects etc are part of the experience, as we do. "A place to rest and indulge in fresh air and surrounding nature. We had such a great stay. Customer service is excellent and the food was delicious too. Definitely recommend this resort to anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway from the city."

"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."
