"It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late."

"Clean room nice cozy feel, very friendly and attentative staff. You dont feel like stepping out of the hotel and instead sit in seating area in the library and spend quality time. The breakfast was excellent."

"This is not a 4 star hotel. It was nasty, toilet paper laying around, bugs inside our room when we arrived, the room had many construktional flaws, no TV, wifi didn't work. I would give this hotel 2 stars max. "

"Avisando que llegabamos tarde 22h. tuvieron el fallo de no abrir la habitacion antes de llegar nosotros y poner el aire para que la habitacion estuviera caldeada al menos. Olia mucho a cerrado y humedad y hacia frio en la habitacion. Tuvimos que dormir vestidos. La máquina nos decian que funcionaba pero hasta las 3 de la madrugada no lo notamos. Son 5 horas esperando no tener frio. Para un 4 estrellas creo que no puede ser asi. Pedi mantas y tampoco tenian. Me trajo una colcha. La cama...

"Nice Waterpark, but it has short opening times. Only opens at 4.30pm. Bungalows are very basic. Hot water was on and off."
