"When the room next door was wildly partying from 12 - 4 am and I had to call security twice, the front desk was very unapologetic and the only thing they offered was to move my room. They said, well this happens sometimes at a casino. Like they were trying to tell us that we should lower our expectations about getting sleep because we're at a casino! We said we'd like them to comp the night as we didn't get a wink of sleep, but they said they could not do that. Why not may I ask? Is it too much...

"Our experience was very good. We enjoyed our visit very much. Our room was cozy and welcoming. We had a few unique experiences that might help others to be aware of in the future. The hot water heater was very small which was fine, however, not knowing this we ran out of hot water during the first shower which left only cold water for my shower and we had a funeral to attend so that made it very inconvenient. "This is a very nice double-wide unit in an RV park. We had only reserved it for 1 night as it was 15 minutes from the Sterling Renaissance Festival. Very clean with two queen beds and two bathrooms. Full kitchen and in-house laundry. Lots of room for everyone. "
