"This property is gorgeous! So happy with the service too! They let us check in early, check out late, and use all amenities even after we check out! Our favorite amenity was the free shuttle provided to go to the old town, and back to the hotel. Parking was ridiculously expensive at the town and being able to use the shuttle was such a great help! The staff are extremely accommodating too! Over all our stay was just perfect!"

"This is a great place to stay, next time we decide to visit Key West we will fly. This property has shuttle service to and from the airport, they also have shuttle services to the main attraction area, you do not need a vehicle visiting Key West. The beach is directly across the street from the resort " there are not many beach resorts in Key West this one is perfect, The pool area is nice with two tiki bars available, the restaurant has a nice selection of food and it was very good. "Nice three night stay. Service was awesome and atmosphere was nice. Only downside was the bar and food at the hotel. Not a great selection but you do have tons of options if you drive down to Duval St which we did. "

"Very well staffed with welcoming, active employees. We had a handy washer/dryer for guest use nearby our room, and ate many of our meals in the dining facility. Terrific choice!"

"Good and relaxing place. I had an issue as my expedia VIP was not recognized at checkin. They did not give me the drinks vouchers and was charged for a room upgrade. Spoke to the desk manager the next day and after a strong exchange he did recognize the error and provided a free breakfast for two. Overall a nice and relaxing place to stay away from the crowd. With a shuttle service to downtown."
