"Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep."

"PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOURSELF AT THIS HOTEL. YOU CAN DEFINITELY DO BETTER NO DOUBT. WE STAYED FOR FOUR NIGHTS AND THESE WERE THE ISSUES WE ENCOUNTERED 1)the nightstand that the telephone was had never been cleaned the marks on it came off when I cleaned it.
2)no bar of soap at the sink in the bathroom. There is a soap dispenser in the shower 3) no box of Kleenex in the Kleenex holder
4)Only one washcloth for 2 people. 5)No backup roll of toilet paper.
6)There was only an opened and...
