"Stay only 2nts. Everything you need its no problem asking for a mattress topper was easy. Staff are lovely and restaurant has Italian meals for dinner. Close to the street for shopping."

"Terrible check in experience. Waited a long time..they wouldn’t show us to our room and we didn’t get a welcome drink or towel (others did). They then tried to put us in a triples bed room with 2 single beds pushed together. I arranged the romantic dinner..and it was a surprise.. yet TWICE staff approached me in the days before the meal to confirm details of the surprise meal. "

"Stayed here october 23, excellent location at end of beach so not too many people walking by, one restaurant with good standard of food, excellent service by all staff, rooms well cleaned everyday, gardens and pool areas well maintained, nice pool, quiet resort at this time of year, helpful reception team. "Problem with the staff understanding the Expedia reservation and staff not speaking English. Once we convinced them we had 2 rooms for 3 days, things went well and facilities were fine."

"We had an acceptable pool villa with beach access for which we had paid handsomely however I’d have been horrified to be in the huge block rooms. The resort is jaded and unloved. The dining room is scruffy and a total covid hazard. Tabl s have dirty mats and uneven surfaces. This is the first hotel where I saw guests actually bringing in their own breakfast ( as opposed to taking fruit etc out) it c a n only be described as basic and pedestrian with poor choice and little attention to top up...

"The foyer is misleading as very dark and dismal. Get through there and the pool rooms are amazing. The door opens straight onto the most amazing pool which is really clean. Opens onto a lovely beach which is empty. Service in hotel is lacking but due to poor English rather than apathy. Overall would go back and would recommend"
