"Reception desk was amazingly helpful. We were staying in the area for my daughters' SAT tests the next morning. Unbeknownst to us, it was the eve of the Rose Festival in Portland so the area was noisy. They helped us get a quiet room suite so my daughters were well rested for the test. In fact, I think the suite was a bit larger that what I had originally booked. We couldn't stay long due to restricted traffic associated with parades, but the valet parking helped us get out before things...
