"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"I have stayed in this hotel for 3 times. I love this hotel because of the location! It is only 3-4 minutes away from Petronas Twin Tower, and Avenue K mall is just like 2-3 minutes away. The room is quite spacious, clean, and basically good. Breakfast menu is good, especially the juices. Loving the guava juice. The room price is relatively cheap comparing to the location they are at."

LOL :-) But be carefull when you bring your children walking after working hour since so many ladies and event lady boys on the way to the street food area at Jalan Alor, it might make them uncomfortable. "Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Excellent property and staff team. Easy walk to KLCC metro and shopping centre with food hall. Amazing views of the tower (pay for Petronas tower view) but breakfast is only 2* (better to eat elsewhere or buy something to eat). Use Grab for taxi (there is a cash option). Great swimming pool, front desk and apartments with water/dryer and quality bathroom items. Will be my first choice of stay next time I visit KL"

"I was woken up by the fire alarm in the middle of the night. I ran downstairs with other guests, but there were cleaning tools in front of the emergency staircase door and I couldn't open it. I managed to open it and escape, but I'm glad the alarm was a false alarm, but if there was a real fire, I wouldn't be able to escape. This is very problematic."
